Your complete satisfaction is our goal!  We offer a full refund for any unopened or defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt.  Please contact Customer Service (customerservice@slipstreamhover.com) in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.
