However, unlike the standard Tiny-Tach's you'll find in retail stores, these models have 14 feet of lead cable so that you can use them in almost any size hovercraft. They will show up to 9,990 RPM, and have an hour meter with reset switch.
These tachometers are a breeze to install. Just wrap the red wire around your spark plug wire and connect the black wire to a ground. That's it!

UPDATE, JULY 2010Tiny-tach has released a new model tach that replaces all old models. It is programmable so that a single model that will work on virtually any engine and has a much faster update time (1/2 second vs 2 seconds) than the old model. However, the price will be increasing to $54.99. Once our inventory is depleted (which it almost is) the new model will appear on the website. Expected arrival is mid July.
